The Limited Supplemental Medical Plan (LSMP) offers cost-effective, limited health insurance to AFT members and their eligible dependents. There are no pre-existing condition limitations and no medical underwriting requirements. With the Medical Plans offered, benefits are paid directly to the subscriber, regardless of any other coverage a member may have.

The Limited Supplemental Medical Plans available are:

  • A Basic Medical Plan

  • An Enhanced Medical Plan

    • Both Medical Plans include an insured prescription drug program that offers $10 Co-Pays on Generic Drugs.

  • A Vision Plan

  • A Dental Plan
