The Limited Medical Plan offers cost-effective, limited health insurance to AFT members and their eligible dependents. There are no pre-existing condition limitations and no medical underwriting requirements. Benefits are paid directly to the subscriber, regardless of any other coverage a member may have.

The Limited Medical Plans available are:

• Basic Medical Plan
• Enhanced Medical Plan

Both plans include an insured prescription drug program that offers $10 co-pays on generic drugs.

A vision plan is also available with the LMP or as a stand-alone benefit
